1. Swim Under the Stars

On Saturdays between June 17 and August 5, you can join your neighbors and friends for Twilight Swim at Gauche Aquatic Park at 421 Center Street. This special summer event takes place from 8 to 10 PM, and you will get a glow bracelet to commemorate the experience. Besides offering the opportunity to swim at night, Twilight Swim events feature fun games and upbeat music.

2. Test Your Critical Thinking Skills

Another fun summer activity is to put your logical thinking skills to the test at NorCal Escape Co. at 3076 Colus Highway B. There are several rooms you can choose from, but we personally love The Box. It is similar to CONDEMNED2, but there are several shocking twists and turns. This may be the ideal room for you if you are a fan of horror and extreme mental challenges.

It features a difficulty rating of five out of five, and you only have 90 minutes to escape. You should note that you must have four to 10 people in your party to book this room. If you want to enjoy an exciting date night with your partner, Escape Truck may be a better fit for you. It is designed to be played by two to four people, and it only has a difficulty level of four out of five.

3. Escape the Ordinary

Another great way to beat the summer heat and take your partner on a date they won't soon forget is to visit TITAN VRCADE and VR Escape Room at 362 North Walton Avenue Suite B. This virtual reality arcade has something for everyone, including VR laser tag and VR escape rooms.

There are also over 150 virtual reality games that you can choose from if you're in the mood for gaming. You can choose from single-player, PVP, and co-op modes.
