As a family-owned business with three generations of experience, Geweke takes pride in being a part of the Yuba-Sutter Community. We support local organizations such as youth groups, Beale Air Force Base, The Marysville Stampede, and Yuba-Sutter Pink October, which benefits Geweke's Caring for Women Foundation. The Geweke family's dedication to the community is shown in their involvement and the deep relationships they have formed over the years.
Geweke Ford's Family History
Geweke Ford has a rich family history that began when Daryl Geweke opened the first Geweke Ford dealership in Lodi, CA. In 1986, Daryl's son, Larry, had the opportunity to purchase John C. Bayes Ford in Marysville, CA. Larry moved his family up to the Yuba-Sutter Community and renamed the dealership Larry Geweke Ford. In 1996, Larry Geweke Ford moved across the bridge to its current location on Hwy. 99 in Yuba City. With 3 out of 4 of Larry's kids working in the business, Larry took initiative to change the business names to Geweke Ford and Geweke Kia.
Now with the third generation running day-to-day operations, the Geweke Family prides itself on being raised in the area and giving back to their community. Brett, Kellie, and Nancy, siblings and business partners with their Father, Larry, all live locally and are proud to raise their families in Yuba City. Their involvement in various schools, sports, and activities along with volunteer committees provide them with the pulse of the community.
